During your virtual visit, a Marque medical professional can help address your health concerns and provide a wide array of treatment options for common, non-life threatening medical ailments. We can even assist with prescriptions and refills, and referrals for testing. 

We treat a wide range of common ailments, including cold and flu symptoms, allergies, urinary tract infections, skin conditions, and more. We can also provide guidance on over-the-counter treatments and self-care tips.

We are partnered with the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and now you can see a CHOC pediatrician virtually 7 days a week. Pediatric Virtual Visits can help evaluate, diagnose, prescribe medications, and triage your child from the comfort of home.

If you require a medication refill, our telehealth platform can connect you with a healthcare professional who can assess your needs and provide a prescription, when appropriate and safe. Please note that DEA Schedule I and II drugs cannot be prescribed through this service.

If you require lab tests or imaging services, we can order them for you at a nearby Marque facility or a facility close to you. Once the results are available, our healthcare providers will review them with you during a follow-up telehealth appointment.

If you’ve already received in-person care or treatment, our telehealth services can offer convenient follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

Virtual care allows you to communicate with a Marque medical provider in a video meeting on your computer, tablet or phone.

Tell us about your symptoms or medical concerns during your virtual visit. We can recommend a path forward. Our providers can write prescriptions and give you care options in a treatment plan.

Your visits are secure. All data is encrypted using 128-bit keys to encrypt audio/video, and HMAC-SHA1 to verify data integrity.

We accept most insurance plans and it is not required to conduct a virtual visit.

You can also pay with credit, debit, FSA or HSA cards.

Your cost share, such as copay or deductible, will be collected prior to your visit. Please consult your health plan or call us at (877) 693-6266 prior to your visit for more information regarding your benefits.

Without insurance, we offer a discounted flat rate of $129 for your virtual consultation.

Yes, they are employed by Marque and part of the Marque family! Most of our clinicians are the same ones you’ll find working in our clinics throughout Southern California. We feel that to offer the best experience, there needs to be strict quality oversight which cannot be accomplished if the provider is not part of our urgent care platform. 

 Yes. Just like a regular in-clinic visit, a Marque provider can diagnose your condition and prescribe you medication(s) that you can pick up at your local pharmacy. To note, not all symptoms and conditions are able to be diagnosed through telemedicine. All prescriptions are given at the discretion of your provider. We cannot prescribe DEA Schedule I or II drugs. Most frequent examples include common colds, upper respiratory infections, allergies, sinusitis (sinus infection), cough/bronchitis, sore throat, nasal congestion/drainage, pink eye, urinary tract infection (UTI), rashes, sleep problems/snoring, smoking cessation, and medication questions. While some conditions are not able to be effectively diagnosed or treated through telemedicine, many common symptoms can.

No. As a Marque patient, you don’t need to create an account to see your provider. Simply book an appointment, register your details, and hop into the call at the scheduled time. You will receive a text and email upon booking with more information regarding these steps and how to join your visit.

Our video telemedicine platform, powered by Solv, requires only an internet browser and sustained internet connection. No downloads or apps necessary. You can connect from a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
